Hello World

• Who I am

My name is Loris and I’m a web developer currently working for an agency in Amsterdam. I mainly develop e-commerce websites, but I also work on portfolio websites from time to time. When I’m not working, I used to spend a lot of time playing video games. Nowadays, I’m also interested in motion design and like experimenting with it when I have some free time.

• Why I joined

I decided to join this program because I’d like to continue my studies and eventually join a Master’s degree in Transmedia.I’ve been working as a web developer for several years, so I already have a lot of experience on the development side. Design, however, is probably my weakest point, so I see this program as a good opportunity to improve my design skills and explore areas I don’t usually work on. And honestly, I was also a bit bored with doing the same things all the time, so I thought it would be a good challenge and a nice way to learn something new.
